We do not accept any returns. Unless the product received is not the one indicated on the description and photos.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unopened, with Bam Luxury Store tags and label, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The return will be at your expense and in no case at that of ETU LUXURY WARDROBE, always use DHL. If the package is lost, we cannot offer a refund. You should take the insurance.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14-day reflection period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving reasons. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or undamaged, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We may refuse if the product is second-hand.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. Also on refunds we will charge you the payment fee we received from Shopify.
